My friends, it finally happened. The sun came out on a day that Bryan had off and I felt like shooting some outfits. It felt good to be back in the old saddle and I have some really great outfits coming this week. Of course I HAD to share this set from Quince. Yall — the top is under $30 and the pants are under $50. I always feel like I’m getting away with something when I buy from Quince because the prices are so good.
Let’s see — I am in the medium of the linen tank and honestly I wish I would have gone with a large. I do find Quince to be incredibly consistent with sizing and I’m usually always a medium but this time I think a large would have been a bit better. Under the arms is a bit snug, not tight but snug, and the bodice is more fitted than I prefer for a linen fabric. Go with this information and do what you will, but I think for me I’d rather a looser fit. Other than that, it’s a great fit for a linen tank AND it’s $29. Literally. The price of some things at Target or Amazon and it’s 100% linen and such great quality. Find this top here!
(By the way, I recently wore, traveled with and washed twice this pair of linen pants. They washed out beautifully (on cold as always and an air dry) and steamed right back to looking new. No shrinkage!)
Speaking of linen pants, this pair is under $50 and oh-so-cute. I love the striped — I know it’s not a new design per se but it feels new to me. They’re just slightly sheer but fine with nude or light underwear. I am in the size 8, fit is perfect for me! They of course come in other hues and solids if you aren’t partial to the stripes like I am. This pair is a true white with black stripe, if you were wondering. You can find them here.
