Mixing Black and Blue

I snuck away this week to Vegas on B’s work trip and decided this dress was a necessary take. I know it’s probably not what most people would think to take to Vegas but I’m not most people. It is springtime  in a dress and it was perfect for the very warm weather. You know I love a swingy dress and this one fits the bill: swingy and not clingy, my two favorite things. I found it at Anthropologie — but I feel like you can tell. Anthropologie has a certain vibe to it and this dress has it. I am in the medium and it’s under $150 here!

I love love love these shoes. From the moment I saw them, I knew they were coming home with me. They are actually comfortable too, however I did size up a whole size because the toe is more narrow. The embellished strap has velcro so it’s an easier on and off than it looks! You can find them here. 

My J.Crew woven tote is on sale! I took it as a pool bag but ended up using it as a purse more than I thought I would! It’s very roomy and versatile. I love a good woven bag for spring and love that this one is on sale!
