Well hello there. Your eyes are not fooling you — this is the first photo shoot + blog post of 2024. I am finally feeling like my good old self after being down bad with the flu for about 12 days. But once I was feeling better I was so excited to shoot a few outfits. This dress is one that I am very excited to share! It’s from Zara and I wore it this weekend on our makeup Valentine’s Date. (I paired it with a long fur vest you can see here!) I’ve officially worn this dress three times since I bought it last week. It’s all been some variation of this outfit — I just love the tall boots with the maxi dress. I really feel like it completes the boho vibes of it all.

So this dress is under $100 from Zara! And what a find it is. It’s fully lined in the front to back from the top to the skirt. The arms are unlined, so I feel like this will work well right into spring. (I promise with a change of the shoe to a sandal and getting rid of the sweater vest, it’ll lighten right up!) I am in the medium and it’s a looser, generous fit. Find it here.

But since it’s still winter here with a few spring days popping out every once in a while, I knew I needed to layer it. Pairing it with a vest felt the most natural, to keep this kind of Sienna Miller / boho vibe going. Plus it gave me just the right amount of warmth too. I sized up in the sweater vest for length and a looser fit. Find it here.

My boots are some of my favorites from past J.Crew and I found some very similar ones on big sale! You can check them out here.

  1. Wow, I absolutely love how you styled this dress! The boho vibes with the tall boots and fur vest are just *chef’s kiss*—such a chic yet effortless look. I can totally relate to finding a dress that you just want to wear on repeat; when you know, you know! The layering idea is perfect for transitioning between seasons, and now I’m seriously tempted to grab this dress myself. Thanks for the inspo—your styling tips are always spot on!
