Hi there! I wanted to do a quick try on with some pieces from J.Crew to give a full review. Just a few of my favorites below! One thing to note — it looks like they’re having a Wear to Work event with up to 50% off office wear essentials and other select items on sale too!

The Wear to Work even is going on this weekend so a few items that are good for work like blazers, trousers etc are on sale! This jacket is one of them. Now I’m in the 10 and it fits slightly looser than I was expecting. I am typically a 10 in J.Crews blazers so this probably is the best size for me. If shoulders are usually tight for you, then as a rule I size up on blazers / jackets on J.Crew. Otherwise probably pretty TTS!

This top I thought for sure would be on sale, but alas it is not. It seems like the perfect top to wear to work! But I don’t make the rules now do I? It is under $100, but still I do love a good sale. I am in the large and it’s a bit too big. I think a medium would fit better. It runs slightly looser in nature, so size down for a closer fit. I will say this top does wrinkle very easily, just FYI.
J.Crew Relaxed Emilie Jacket | J.Crew Low-rise Trouser | Madewell Mules
You saw this jacket yesterday in my post but I just love it. I love a mix of brown and black and putting it on the iconic Emilie jacket is just the perfect trifecta of chic. I am in the medium, I find this cardigan runs a bit big. This size fits me perfectly with a bit of wiggle room.
J.Crew Brushed Cashmere T-Shirt | J.Crew Corduroy Flares | Madewell Mules
You guys know how much I love this sweater but what’s one more ode to this beauty? I love the vintage / orangey-red hue and I absolutely adore the fuzzy / brushed sweater. I am in the large and it’s more fitted, so I like the size up for me. This top also comes in a more honey beige and a black, both would be lovely for fall, especially the black moving into winter.

I am equally obsessed with these trousers, too. They call them wide leg but is it just me or do you see a flare? I see a flare, so I’m calling them a flare. They are a lightweight corduroy with stretch so I would say they run a bit generously. I am in the 30 regular length and I love the length, but they are a touch big overall.

I love this pair of denim trousers, in fact they may be my favorite from J.Crew yet. I am usually a huge high waisted denim fan and while these claim to be “low rise”, I think they’re more mid rise and I love this option. A wide leg denim trouser is already a lot of denim, so having a lower rise gives a nice proportion to the outfit instead of having a full denim leg up past your belly button. I am in the 30, they fit well. I would say if in between sizes, go down a size as they seem like they will stretch with wear. I am in the regular length, plenty long for me!
