This chocolate brown hue is my favorite right now. From this J.Crew sweater that I’ve been wearing non-stop to this puffer jacket, I just love this hue right now. I know it’s not necessarily a new hue, but it feels new this season or maybe my obsession is new. But it does feel like it’s very close to replacing camel this season. *in my best SJP voice* “and just like that… chocolate is the new camel.”
Truly this sweater is my favorite right now — I’ve featured it a few times on IG but never in a full outfit feature. So here she is in all of J.Crew glory. Fit is true to size, I’m int he medium and it’s a nice relaxed fit. Really soft, not itchy and has a bit of stretch to it. You can find it here!

Sometimes Old Navy really does surprise me and this puffer is included in that category. I took a chance and ordered it online, hoping it wouldn’t look cheap in person but knowing it very well could. Faux leather has a 50/50 chance of not looking…well fake. This one is a very good example of a faux leather jacket that looks nice. I don’t think it looks like real leather, per se but it looks expensive. The fit is spot on and it’s a really nice weight. For me it will work well into winter! It’s plenty warm.
