Did I mention yet that I’m on a dress kick? Well if it isn’t evident yet, it will be in the next few weeks. I can’t tell if it’s just spring fever or I’m just really glad to be out of the house and dressed up. And maybe it’s just me, but I feel like wherever I go I am seeing people dress up a little bit more than usual. Is it just me? Maybe it’s just me but people are BRINGING it at the grocery store lately. I gotta keep up. 😉
I have to say though — this pretty dress got me lots of compliments when I wore it last week and that’s absolutely why I get dressed in the morning. If an influencer gets dressed and no one is around to see it, does it even count as an outfit? NO. It doesn’t; it’s quite unfair. I’m kidding, of course but not the compliments part. And I know why this dress is such a compliment magnet, too: it’s just the right amount of dress. The puff sleeves are bold but not too much, the embroidery is subtle and feminine and the length is spot on for spring. You can easily make it casual with sneakers and dress it up with heels or a nice pointy flat.
I am in the medium, it fits TTS with a slightly more fitted chest. You can find it here!
I love a neutral or cream dress for spring and Nordstrom has SO MANY GOOD OPTIONS right now. Like I just bought some stuff from there and now my cart is full again. When Nordstrom is good, it’s GOOD. Which unfortunately for me and my wallet is 365 days out of the year. I love this brand, English Factory, too. I find that they fit consistently across their line and their a really great quality. (I’m almost always a medium in everything from this line. Medium is perfect for a 6/8) These are some of my favorites in my cart right now! (Let’s make this a group project — Which should I buy?!)
