I’m continuing my tour of autumn must-have pieces while the weather is still cool. You never know when summer decides to show it’s face again here in Texas. I’m always one for plaid in the fall, but sometimes I like to keep it subtle — as I’ve learned a little plaid can go a long way. I like to toss on a plaid scarf in the fall not only as an extra layer that I can shed in the afternoon but as a quick way to finish off my outfit. I was so excited to see these subtle colors of tan and pink and grey in this scarf — I mean could this scarf be any more Kendi? Nope, it was made for me. Well, actually if they made a tiny one for Gemma, then yes, yes it would.
This sweater has been on repeat lately. I wore it in last week’s post about my very favorite pants. I just love the color of this sweater — it’s a perfect shade of tan. It’s a color I can’t quite put my finger on as it’s not quite camel brown. It’s more…dare I say it… a pumpkin spice shade. It has just a hint of pumpkin in there. That’s right — I found the PSL of sweaters. I read an article yesterday about how ridiculous the pumpkin spice flavors of everything was getting, how unnecessary it was to put pumpkin spice on EVERYTHING. I 100% completely agree, says the girl wearing a pumpkin spice sweater while drinking a PSL. Some people are so basic, they just can’t be trusted.
