I am obviously not at Coachella this year but kind of wish that I was. I am in the ‘I don’t hate music festivals’ group. I feel like there are two different kinds of people — those who can stand to hear about Coachella and those who can’t. I, for one, am all for three days of no work and all music, and of course dressing a little bit off course from your everyday. Sometimes it’s nice to dress like I live in California for a day, especially before it gets scorching hot here I consider moving. I just can’t help but be inspired by the styles that come with festival season. Boho is one of my favorite ways to dress, although not my primary style. So when I do find a boho piece, I like to make it work in my everyday. I wore this the other evening out with my husband and we caught the evening light just right, making me feel right in with my boho feel.
I just love the print on this dress and before I bought it, I didn’t realize it also came in a maxi dress. I would probably buy a duvet cover and matching pillows in this print if it came in one. Which is probably a good thing that clothing and home fabrics are very different. My husband would never be able to find me in my camouflaged home.
(PS: found a great little similar look for under $100 here!)

I love the power-babe look! I’m doing a little faux-chella myself in Miami this week! Just as much sun & pool time, half the people. Woo!

Hey Kendi. The maxi version of this dress is like, woah.
Just a heads up – the $100 option you linked to just goes to the $500 maxi dress though.
Fixing it now!! Thank you!!

Your shift dress is so boho-chic and perfect for Cochella. I adore the print and flared sleeves. Your bag is stunning as well.

The “under $100” option links to a $495 Alice & Olivia dress. Is there another under $100 option you recommend? cute dress/fun vibe, though!
Whoops!! Thanks girl for letting me know!
This dress is so cool! At first I thought the pattern at the bottom was a mesh or something. I am in the hating music festivals camp, but I would welcome a reason to bring out the boho every now and again 😉
