I am going to assume that you are much better than I at buying gifts early. That you do not wait until the very last moment to buy gifts and that you are the most prepared friend or family member when it comes to holiday gifting.
However, if you are not the most prepared, if you are always a little bit late and a little bit lost when it comes to gifts, have I got a few gift guides for you. If you are fashionably late to the gift giving game, welcome to my style of giving. Just because you procrastinated, doesn’t mean you have to admit it.
I always feel like there is a fancy lady in all of our lives, hence why I’ve had this gift guide for three years running. It’s one of my favorites to put together — rose gold and shiny and just the perfect amount of feminine. The Kate Spade Leather Wallet is a perfect size to throw into whatever purse she chooses that day. And who’s to say that fancy means expensive, these CZ studs are $25 and perfect for day to day wear as are my favorite Karen Walker sunglasses, a mainstay on my face year round.
In the classic category, I’ve found this gold tweed J.Crew blazer, a statement coffee table book ‘Big Book of Chic’ and a bedside table essential, a golden initial jewelry box. One of my favorite things I never remember to buy is a nice travel case for my cosmetics, like this pink bag here. It’s always nice to give a gift someone can use all year long. The same goes for home necessities like a faux fur pom pom blanket or a fancy Diptyque candle, a thoughtful gift for any homebody.
Of course we can’t go without giving a few sequins this year. This J.Crew Sequined blouse hits all the right notes for that fancy friend or a J.Crew scarf for a slightly less fancy friend. Other favorites on my list? Garance Dore’s new book, Love Style Life, Kendra Scott Druzy necklace in Rose Gold, and these Kate Spade flats that I’ve left multiple hints to my husband about. (This gift guide is a two way street, you see. Wink wink, dear husband.)
And for the fancy girl boss: a rose gold iPhone case, this dual duty laptop carrying Tory Burch tote and the smart ring, Ringly. Fancy ladies gift guide complete.

Nice picks, Kendi. I like to think I’m a fancy lady, but I my yoga pants say otherwise. 😉 The book would look fab on any coffee table!
