I’ve always been a fan of the summer scarf, but usually by this time in Texas we are way past layer weather. Since the rainy weather has cooled us down considerably this year, I can finally wear a summer scarf without regrets. I could get very used to this weather.
I have been living in these wedges lately. In fact, last week when we were in Las Vegas we decided to walk around the city a little. Six and a half miles later, these wedges were holding up. Now that didn’t mean that I wanted to keep them on for another six miles but I was very impressed with how comfortable they were. Wedges are my secret weapon. They give you height and comfort your soul. Or sole. It’s interchangeable for me, really.

That is a perfect tote! I know that walking around with flowers in your tote probably isn’t your typical daytime look, but it really makes these pictures pop. I still love the whites and blues in your outfit though. So light and summery. Happy Tuesday!

I love this look- I’m all about scarves even in the Texas heat (which I guess decided to show up today?) and I only rarely regret them as an accessory, especially because the a/c everywhere is on blast constantly and a scarf provides a little insulation.
