I could have named this post ‘a few of my favorite things’ but I decided to tone it down to just two of my favorite things. Plus my dog isn’t in these photos and that would be cruel to exclude him. Stripes and cognac (the color, not the drink) are my jam right now. And this top is flowy in all the right places and you know how happy that makes me. The more drape, the better. The more stripes AND the more drape, the best.
I think I like the transition into a season better than the season itself sometimes; I love the transition into fall. And I definitely like any season better than winter. Winter is the worst. Don’t even try to talk to me about holidays or the beauty of snow or seasonal Starbucks drinks to make me like winter. I have to wear coats, layers and be cold, therefore it is and will always be the worst.

Cognac is THE actual best. I have some knee high cognac boots that are dying to be out of the closet and on my feet. Shoemint's heels are always spectacular too and these are no exception. This might be my favorite look from you ever! Fall is the greatest time of year, hands down.
