To all my extroverted friends, it is almost holiday party season so I thought I’d share my favorite trend of the season so far: metals. I love this resurgence of gold, silver (no, no thank YOU, Beyonce) and generally metallic inspired pieces this holiday season. We’ve been in sequin land for a few holidays now so I for one am very excited for a fresh holiday look. (Color is also back, baby! …but that’s for another post) I’ve rounded up my favorite metallic pieces from a few retailers and I wanted to share this oh-so-pretty metallic coated sweater from the shop. It does run big, so expect a looser fit. This is a medium and it fits more like a large. I love a looser fit, but it is to preference! Also it’s not coated inside — it’s nice and soft in here.

This poplin skirt is honestly a simple gal. She’s just a simple skater skirt that I find most people would ignore but I find so much potential in the quiet ones. A skirt + tights combo is one of my favorites and feels very classic Kendi to me. This combo right here is my go-to if I were going to a holiday party. The extrovert in me says yes, the introvert in me hasn’t answered yet. I am in the large, it runs a bit snug at the waist but overall TTS. Find it here.
