The Official Date Night Top

You know when it reaches that time of year when — okay, winter. It’s winter. I was going to write a long winded sentence but ya’ll it’s winter and I’m over it and we’ve got a long way to go. I have two main issues with winter: I hate being cold all of the time. I literally just told Bryan my pilot light went out and I will not be warm until probably April. And I hate covering my good outfits up with a coat. I *need* the warmth but man, it can ruin a look. But I do love this sweater coat I found from Madewell, actually back in October for my birthday. It’s now on sale (woop!) which is the best news for you 🙂

I am wearing the medium and its super roomy. I wouldn’t size down because I feel like this is my right size, but just know that it runs pretty oversized. I would suggest sizing down if you’re in between sizes.

And for the thing that I’m covering up? My pretty floral top! You’ll have to click through to see just how pretty is! The other night we went out with friends on a double date and I was searching for a great date night top. This is the one, you guys. This is my Official Date Night Top™. I didn’t have it at the time, so another double date is due. 😉 That only seems fair right? (I sized up for length! If you’re long-waisted or tall, I’d suggest sizing up. If you’re not, stay true to size.)
