These black shorts have been champions this summer in my closet. I just throw them on in case of emergency. Which emergency around here just means in case I don’t know what else to wear that day. Black shorts go with everything. I always like to have easy go-to’s like this in the summer because I tend to lean towards more and more casual the warmer it gets. With this weather, these black shorts and my cut-offs have been working over time these days.
I found this top in store but it looks like it’s no longer available online. It might still be in store but I’ve linked another precious lace option below. Which would be very cute layered under a field jacket and jeans this fall, just saying. Oh I just mentioned the ‘f’ word: fall. It’s too soon, Kendi. Too soon.
