It’s been a busy week and I’m so happy it’s Friday! And a Friday with no plans. At 20, this is sad news. At 30, this is the best news ever. This just means I don’t have to cancel my plans with anyone because I’ve got a bottle of wine, an episode of Scandal and a couch with my name on it tonight. I’m giddy about it already.
I picked up this jacket because I loved the color. It’s this perfect off-white shade which works perfectly now but will transition again into spring again. Neutrals are an instant classic any season, but especially perfect for fall. Neutrals, yet another thing I become giddy about.

  1. Great jacket — adorable. I just read on Nordstrom.com, though, that it is not dry clean-able OR machine washable — how in the heck to you clean it, then? Have you reached that point yet? What are your plans? (Could you hand-wash it with Woolite or something gentle like that?)

    1. Yes I saw that as well. I’ll hand wash mine with cold water and a small amount of Tide Free. Basically it’s the PU (faux leather) on the sleeves that you can’t dry clean or machine wash / dry because it will melt or be damaged by DC chemicals. It’s not so much the soap that’s going to hurt it but the heat from either a washer or a dryer. I’ll hand wash mine with a little bit of detergent and hang to dry and it should be just fine. 🙂 Hope this helps! #ilovelaundry
