I can always tell I have a winner when my mom sees something and immediately says ‘ohhhh, is that new?’ Which really means ‘when can I borrow that — like tomorrow?’ I’ve had to watch her like a hawk when she leaves my house to make sure she wasn’t taking this jacket with her. She’s a sneaky one. But a stylish sneak, whom which I received both traits from. Sneaky and stylish, probably my best characteristics.
I can understand her love for this jacket though. Oversized checks are bold and classic, especially for winter months when your coat speaks for the rest of your outfit first. Checks give me that retro vibe as well, which is probably why my mom and I both reached for the same style. This jacket is sold out but I’ve pulled a few more checks into the mix from Chicwish! (Especially love this jacket! Oh-so-similar to the one I’m wearing.)
